Motorola Faces Lawsuit for Birth Defects in Employees’ Children

Chicago, IL - Seventy-one former employees of Motorola have filed a lawsuit alleging that the materials used in the phones they manufactured caused birth defects in their children. The plaintiffs believe at least 30 cases of birth defects in their children since the 60s are due to the products they helped manufacture at Motorola. The children born to workers have conditions ranging from developmental disabilities to physical deformities.
